Fowler Homes, an award-winning family-run builder in Sydney, needed a full brand refresh to reflect their evolution and position in the modern housing market. 
Known for their contemporary house designs and innovative living solutions, they wanted a brand that matched the luxury and sophistication of their homes.
My Role
As Design Lead, I partnered directly with the Managing Director to deliver a comprehensive rebrand. My scope included:
• Designing a new logo and brand mark
• Developing a luxurious black and gold identity system
• Overhauling the website design
• Extending the brand into brochures, signage, and display homes

The Brief
Create a modern, luxury-focused brand identity that:
• Reinforces Fowler Homes’ position as a leading premium home builder
• Appeals to clients seeking sophistication, quality, and trust
• Provides a consistent experience across digital and physical touch points
The Approach
Rebranding Fowler Homes meant striking the right balance between heritage and modernity. My process was structured around three key phases:
1. Research & Discovery
• Conducted a full audit of Fowler Homes’ existing brand assets
• Reviewed competitor identities in the premium home-building sector 
• Worked closely with the Managing Director to define brand values and personality
2. Concept Development
• Explored design directions centered on luxury, trust, and innovation 
• Created initial sketches and digital concepts for a strong yet elegant monogram
• Developed a black and gold palette to convey timeless sophistication
3. Refinement & Application
• Finalised the ‘F’ monogram, symbolising refinement and strength
• Established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platformsApplied the new identity to the website, brochures, and display homes to create a seamless customer experience
The Solution
At the heart of the rebrand is the ‘F’ monogram, carefully crafted as a timeless emblem of sophistication and strength. Paired with a black and gold colour scheme, it communicates confidence, luxury, and prestige.
The rebrand successfully elevated Fowler Homes’ market presence, aligning their identity with the grandeur of their homes and creating a consistent, high-end experience for their clients.
