Fowler Homes introduced the ‘Hype Series’, a bold new collection of home designs created specifically for first-time buyers and young families.
Unlike the brand’s established luxury aesthetic of black and gold, the Hype Series was designed to feel fresh, vibrant, and approachable, an identity that captured the excitement (and nerves) of buying a first home.
My Role
As Design Lead, I was responsible for developing the visual identity and creative direction for the collection. My challenge was to craft a look and feel that resonated with a younger market, while still staying connected to the Fowler Homes brand.

The Approach
Buying a first home is both exciting and daunting. To capture this emotional journey, I designed a visual system that feels optimistic, playful, and reassuring.

The Solution
The final identity for the Hype Series established a distinctive presence in the market. By intentionally breaking from Fowler Homes’ traditional luxury aesthetic, the Hype Series stood out as a fresh, relatable option for young buyers.
