Fowler Homes took a strategic turn in their marketing efforts introducing a new collection of house designs targeted at the younger market or first home buyers.

As the design lead, I was responsible 
In contrast with the luxurious Fowler Homes brand, where the target market is more established individuals who are more experienced or knowledgeable.
The primary goal behind launching this collection was to capture the attention of young families and first-time homebuyers. With this target audience in mind, I implemented a strategic design approach, incorporating vibrant colours, lively imagery, welcoming typefaces, and playful icons.

The Brief

The Solution
This design direction intentionally contrasted with the established black and gold aesthetics of the Fowler Homes brand, creating a distinctive and appealing visual identity for the 'Hype Series.'
